BlueCielo Kronodoc 5.0 Administrator's Guide | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
KronoMail is an optional component that enables capture of email messages along with attachment files as Kronodoc documents. This involves sending email to a specific email address which gets routed to the KronoMail component.
To configure KronoMail, first the mail service must be configured to deliver email targeted for KronoMail e.g. @Kronodoc Kronodoc.yourdomain.com to the Kronodoc server. This may require adding an MX-record in DNS. Then the local Mail Transfer Agent software must be configured to receive email and to forward email sent to KronoMail addresses to the krmail user account. Firewall setup may also have to be changed to allow mail traffic to the Kronodoc server.
For more information please see the Kronomail Installation and Configuration guide.
